Junior / Senior Account Manager

 

Scope

-      Manage relationship with customers

-      Support Sales in opening up of new accounts

-      Provide first line of support for ongoing projects

-      Listen, observe, anticipate and fulfil customer needs

-      Advice on marketing & sales activities and product development

-      Assist with CRM, lead gen campaigns, collateral creation, events, PR

 

Requirement

-      A good listener

-      Creative, able to adapt, problem solve and multitask

-      Resourceful, able to deal with emergency situations under stress

-      Telco, mobile, technology background preferred
